Here's an example...........you are out jogging listening to a motivaton podcast along the way. You get to a park bench and click your ipod to 'bench workout for butts'. After a 5 min routine your off jogging again following a run/jog/walk interval workout, great for burning calories. Get to the end and its click on the runners stretch routine.

The next day that same park bench (or should that be multi gym) is where you do a chest and arm circuit and that set of stairs you passed yesterday now becomes todays interval training apperatus!
