A simple fitness philosophy for life.....
You have choices...
Life is simple when you allow it to be. It's not rocket science to stay fit in mind and body. You include exercise into your day, eat well and take time to chill out. Those choices will help you to improve the quality of your life, help you cope, mentally and physically, with whatever life throws your way. You determine how long you live and how happy you live from the choices you are making every second of every day.

It's also about choosing balance. A little bit of what you fancy does you good but too much of it can be harmful, even exercise! There's nothing wrong with having the odd drink or two, having a lazy day or getting stuck into the ice cream tub every now and again if you balance it out with a healthy lifestyle on the whole. Apply the 80/20 rule; 80% of your choices being healthier ones than the other 20%!
Oh and one more thing. ."Be a first rate version of yourself and not a second rate version of someone else"! (Judy Garland). Don't get depressed because you don't look like the people portrayed in the fashion and fitness industries but choose to be the best YOU can be. Live an active, healthy lifestyle, be confident within yourself and choose not to buy into all the hype! Don't be a sheep! Think for yourself and be your own person.
You are never too old, too overweight, too busy, too poor or too ill to be physically active. Excuses suck and we know them all. Heres what we think about them.... click here
WARNING. Can seriously improve your life!
