Why pay out all that money to keep in shape when you don’t need to! All you need is a little bit of imagination, some motivation and an understanding of basic training principles and you’re away. It’s not rocket science and that’s what being ‘backtofront’ is all about! Just get your body moving, do your best and try and better it next time and, if you make it fun and varied it will become a habit before you know it. Keep it simple and keep it real! There are no excuses not to be active. Enjoy your time on this planet with the body you were given to move around on it, be yourself and be positive.
How do I keep myself fit? I do JOGercise, YOGAcise, circuit training and boxing, why would I be showing you things I didn’t do myself! I also swim and practice Tai chi. Most of my choices are healthy but I don’t knock myself out when I make an unhealthy one! I spend next to nothing on fitness or products and I keep my interest going by changing my workouts all the time. Why do I do it? For me. No other reason!
