The magic exercise mirror.

Have you ever done this?

Getting up in the morning I take a look at my naked self in the full length mirror. OMG, what happened in the night? Did the fitness fairy get a beating from the fat fairy or what! I get my trainers on and head out for a Jogercise session.

After a half hour in the park I get back and take a shower. As I pass that dam mirror again I catch a glimpse. Hey, I have changed. A bit firmer and tighter and I must have dropped the fat somewhere in the park! It's the same mirror I looked in 45 minutes ago, but now I don't feel so blobby about myself. Is it a magic mirror! Could I have changed in such a short time.

The answer is obviously a big NO.

The exercise had made me feel better about myself. I was looking at myself and my world through my new fitness goggles! The feel good factor of my morning exercise had kicked in that's all. There is no magical way of getting fit and healthy. No magic exercise mirror. It's the feeling it gives you thats the magical bit. You just have to get off your bum and go do it!
