Now that can be a bit of a real problem these days given many peoples hectic lifestyles. It's also about what you think exercise is. Sure, if you consider it to be going to the gym or a class, then it might be a bit of a problem to find the time. Look at it this way......
Look at time differently.
Consider the amount of time available in a day. If you sleep for 8 hours it leaves you with 32 half hour slots. If there was no time involved in getting to and from a venue to do it, could you put aside just 1 of those 32 slots to care for your fitness? How many of them do you spend productively anyway? Break it down even more in to quarter hour slots. You just doubled your opportunity even more!
How much time do you need anyway?
Many people consider an exercise session to be an hour. If you can thats good. If you can't that good too! For general fitness and health improvements just half an hour a day is ample. Fitting 2 quarter hours in somewhere is also acceptable. Looking a bit easier to fit it in yet?
Use your time wisely.
There's no point in setting aside time if you are going to waste it just going through the motions and not pushing yourself to improve. You might have not bothered doing it in the first place! If you're going out for a quick powerwalk forinstance, push yourself a little futher by walking faster, introduce jogging, pick alternative routes with inclines, beat your last distance within the time allowed etc.
Fitting 1 in to 32!
Here is just one simple suggestion to get your daily quota of exercise.
Get up 15 mins earlier and do a pilates routine before you leave the house. Take a 15 minute lunchtime JOGercise or before you sit down when get home. The next day swap them to a 15 minute powerwalk at lunch and a 15 minute weight session with your milk containers and broom stick when you get home. repeat day one and so on. Easy or what!!

For me it helped to start with small steps, 15min every day, and step by step I became "addicted" to do more. Mission accomplished :)
