Coffee morning bums and tums.

Who said home fitness was lonely! Here's how my client went from sally no mates to head trainer in a few weeks.

A fairly shy lady of 35, Sally asked me to pop round and talk to her about getting in to shape. Not wanting to go to the gym, or do anything in public actually, she wanted a home routine to do. We got on like a house on fire and trained for a few weeks. Sally wasn't the richest in town and after a while wanted to spread the cost with her sister. Fantastic I said.

Word got around. Sally and sister had requests from their friends who had noticed a difference in them and wanted in! Now there are 6 of them. They all meet 3 times a week at 10am, workout, then chat over coffee. They call it their coffee morning tums and bums workout. They alternate houses each week with Sally as the boss! I see them once a month to give them fresh routines to enjoy. The support and motivation from each other helps them keep going in the right direction.

Sometimes it's hard on your own, too many little self doubt demons kicking around in your head. Join a group, start a group. Do a Sally! If you need help drop me a line.
